I’m searching for a soft toy seahorse with an innertube and with a fish attached to the innertube by a string?

My son’s favorite toy at nursery has disappeared! It’s a seahorse with an innertube and connected to the innertube by a string is a fish. It is a soft toy. He loves the string more than anything, so other toys with a string would also be welcome. Anyone know the brand name of this toy or where I can buy it?
